Fees and Insurance

We also provide courtesy out-of-network billing:

Out-of-network, Dr. Blagov charges $300 for an initial evaluation, $175 for a 45-min. counseling or psychotherapy session, and $200 per hour for consultations. (These fees are only for routine psychological services related to healthcare and personal growth. We do not provide psychological services for forensic or court-related purposes. In the rare case when such services become necessary, much higher fees apply. Additional details appear in the disclosure statement and good faith estimate for services.)

Depending on your health insurance plan, your insurance may cover Dr. Blagov's services as an out-of-network provider. We can issue an itemized invoice that you can use to file a claim with your insurance. In many cases, as a courtesy, we can submit out-of-network claims on your behalf. Dr. Blagov does not participate in Medicaid or Apple Health). 

Uninsured and self-pay individuals have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of how much psychological services could cost over a period of time.
