Getting Started

1. Free Initial Phone Conversation

You may schedule a free initial phone conversation here, and Dr. Blagov will call you at the time you selected. You may also call us for a free phone screening to decide whether our services are well suited to your needs. This usually takes about 15 min.  

2. Paperwork

After setting up an account with our online telehealth platform, review and complete the intake forms and questionnaires online. Sample documents appear on this site for informational purposes.

3. Initial Evaluation

Meet with Dr. Blagov online for an initial evaluation and receive feedback. This will help you decide whether to start counseling or psychotherapy.
